Thank you for trying out the LCISD Helpdesk. Here we will attempt to expediate all of your inquiries as promptly as possible. In order for things to go smoothly, however, we will need your help. By that, we mean that when you submit a ticket for us to solve, please be as informative as you can with the information that you provide us. For example: If you are having problems with your printer, please give us the model number off of the front of your printer, so that we know what we are dealing with. Another example is, if you are having problems with your computer, please let us know the exact problem you seem to be having, and how you can recreate it again. If you have any problems getting into the system, or if you are having any other problems with the LCISD Helpdesk System, please call Jeromy at extention 108. |
