Submitting
a Trouble Ticket |
| Step 1: Login to the LCISD Helpdesk. |
Step 2: Click on "Add a Ticket" on the left menu. ![]() |
| Step 3: Make sure that you have read the information at the top, which will make sure that you have already restarted your computer, to make sure that the problem that you are having is not a Microsoft Problem. |
| Step 4: Fill in a general subject for the problem that you are having in the Subject field. |
| Step 5: Be very specific with the information that you enter in for the Problem that you are having. The reason you want to be specific, is so that we can have as much information from you as possible, and we can solve the problem faster. |
| Step 6: Click "Submit Ticket" at the bottom |
| Step 7: You will then be sent to the "View Open Tickets" page, which will display your new open ticket at the top of the page. |
| Step 8: If you ever need to add any notes to a ticket, be sure to visit the "View Open Tickets" Page, and add notes to the ticket which corresponds to the problem you are having. |
