Step 1: To login to the LCISD Helpdesk, point your browser to teachers.lcisd.net

Step 2: There, you will be greeted by the following screen:

Step 3: Put YOUR e-mail username into the Username field, and YOUR password into the Password Field.

(For example, my e-mail is jmallory@lcisd.net, therfore, my username is jmallory)

Step 4: Click "Login"
Step 5: If this is your first time, you will be greeted by the following page:
Step 6: In order to continue, you will have to fill out all the information that is required, which is marked with an red asterisk *
Step 7: After you fill this information in, you need to click on "Submit Changes" at the bottom.
Step 8: You will then see a screen like this:
Step 9: Then, a few seconds later, you browser will be redirected to this page:
This page is telling you that you HAVE to change your password in order to continue to use the LCISD Helpdesk system. This is because of security reasons, and there is no way around this problem. However, WHEN you change your password here, it is also changing your password for your E-MAIL, which means the next time you check your E-Mail, you will be prompted for your new password.
Step 10: Put your new password in the Password field, and click on "Change" at the bottom. You will then see a message that says your password has been changed, and you will be logged out of the system, and asked to relogin. Please see steps 1 - 4 of this page, if you do not know how to login to the LCISD Helpdesk.
Step 11: Welcome to the LCISD Helpdesk. You will now be able to do anything you would like to from the left menu.
