Adding Notes to your Trouble Ticket

Step 1: Click "Review Closed Tickets" from the left menu.

Step 2: A full list of all your old trouble tickets will be displayed on this page.

Step 3: You may review all your old tickets, but you will not be able to add any new tickets to any old tickets.
