Viewing Open Trouble Tickets

Step 1: Click on "View Open Tickets" on the left menu.

Step 2: A list of your open tickets will show up. All of them will have the ability for you to add notes to each of the tickets.

Step 3: Fill in the information in "Add A Note".

Step 4: Click on "Add A Note" at the bottom.
